One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

Cannot send money internationally due to some technical error saying that "I need to change the language into English" unfortunately, I am already using english letters or information that the application was asking.. I hope they will help or guide me on how to fix this issue with there app.

The app is good, but branch customer service is very poor. I just need to add my signature (without it, international transactions are blocked and transfers above 2000 SAR to another bank are not possible). Despite visiting the branch many times, they still haven’t added my signature and keep asking for different documents (passport, Iqama, salary slip, etc.). For such a simple requirement, the process is unnecessarily delayed and every visit they demand something new.
