Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

BEWARE SCAM!!! UPDATE: Used the app to pay $25 parking in advanced and was refused parking on site!! No refund!!! This is the absolute worst app in existence. If you want to add time to your parking, you actually have to walk all the way to your car and scan the QR Code. They have terrible customer service, it's easier to walk 5 miles than it is to deal with this app.

You have to be really fast when the app opens to press one of the buttons on the bottom to access acct or passes, or you're automatically redirected to the page to search for & book parking even if that is not what you are trying to do. There is no way to get to a home screen, just search & book only. 🤦‍♀️
