Terrible experience with this app the moment they introduced digi token. After I registered for digi token, immediately couldn't login ibanking anymore. It kept giving me an error msg saying system is down. So frustrating. Besides, I carry more than 1 phone. With physical token, I can ibank using any of my phones. However, the new digi token doesn't support that. I believe I'm not the only customer who carries more than 1 hp. Unable to printscreen anymore also not user-friendly.

Frequently experiencing errors and app doesn't start. error 1. - something went wrong at our end. error 2 - Sorry we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. please try later. cannot even use on l aptop as the verification through app is also not happening. please fix

Bad experience with the banking app recently as it keep hanging at startup. I've re-installed the app like 3 to 4 times and it will work fine for the 1st 2 days before it start to take longer and longer time to start. By the 3rd to 4th day, it will just hang on start up with dbs logo and white background.
