Needs an equalizer for fine tuning. Volume adjustment requires you to have your thumb over volume setting so that you can't see where you are setting it on. Should have a "home" setting to go back to a preset. Also, keeps turning on to Bluetooth even though I keep turning it off within the app. Loaded itself into my do not disturb exception list without my permission, yet still won't adjust volume without me turning off do not disturb. Can't turn off My Well Being tracking. Very intrusive.

Does not stay connected with my phone. I was told it was becausr of my cheap phone (Samsung A15) and it's version on Bluetooth. Shouldn't they mention that Before I spend $3,400. on their hearing aids?! I talked to Signia customer service. Very responsive but the only fix they had for me was to change my hearing aid from Bluetoothe connectivity to Wireless. I did this but it changes the controls to what we had a decade ago! Very limited. However, it was a lot more reliable. I won't buy again!

The app constantly tells me my phone is in "do not disturb " mode, so it can't control my hearing aids. This happens when my phone is NOT in "do not disturb " mode.It fails to connect and sometimes will not control the device even though it is connected and manually changing the volume on the hearing aid moves the slider in the app. Hearing aids this expensive should have a reliable app to control them. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, not a cheap phone.
