Good luck trying to use the app for chatting. Its buggy, you'll get error messages and wait forever for a so called agent. When you get someone on the other end, the app doesnt notify you and they log you off within 3 minutes if you don't respond. If you stay frosty and get an agent, it turns out they're completely incompetent. What you think is routine transaction, turns out to be a nightmare.

Completely unusable. The getting started flow is broken, you can't select your "Billing State" from the drop down (which is unsorted and has duplicate options) -- clicking an option does nothing. Typing in the search to filter the drop down instantly crashes the app. And you can only do this step after 2 factor auth for both phone and email, and I did the whole process 3 times.

 Most difficult and frustrating app I have ever used! Instructions were unclear and referred to "click on" 's that were not there. Could not get anything to work! Gave up! Tried to call Michael Ashdown who NEVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE and NEVER CALLS BACK! Very frustrated and ready to look elsewhere!
