App is worse than ever. Can't log in to the app or the website. When I try, all I get is a "something went wrong" screen, then it tells me my account is locked and to reset my password. Yet I still keep only getting 'something went wrong' screens when I try to do so. I'd give it zero stars if I could...

Today, 7-19-25 I tried logging in to my account yet again. To my surprise it won't let me. I'm prompted to type my password and the same thing happens over and over again, can't log in! I'm really hating this app right now! Also there had been an update, so I updated and still can't log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same luck, so I restarted my phone and STILL cannot log in! It's very annoying. And doesn't even deserve a one star

I've been a tracfone customer for 5 years or so. I've always used the app to refill my service. But it has been impossible for a couple of days now. It keeps denying my debit card. I checked with my bank and they said my card us fine. Tried again today ( 4 times) Still denying my card. I've talked to customer service several times with no help. The last call to customer service I was on the phone over 30 minutes. Call was gone and still no help. This is ridiculous
