This app works fairly well, however there seems to be issues with it connecting to my healthcare provider. It connected fine when I first set it up, but then when I went back into it, it reported an issue connecting. I try reconnecting and it shows a confirmation form from my healhcare provider that I click ok on, and then end up on a blank screen, but get a notification from my healthcare provider app that a connection has been established, as well as an email, but when I go back to this app, it continues to report that there's a connection issue.

This app doesn't have a way to add a Garmin Device. Only Fitbit and Google. The intro claimed it would work with multiple fitness trackers including Garmin devices. Not true. There was no "contact" or "help" in the app so if you didn't copy who to contact for help during set up, you are S.O.L. I don't know if the one through Apple Store is any better or not but I don't have an IPhone. Only Android.

4 days nothing but a blank white screen for 10 minutes then it closes. Tried reinstalling same problem. Tried going to the website, says use mobile app. Well I can't use the mobile app till you fix the mobile app. So please fix it! Some of us have to fill out daily surveys and forms so missing 4 days is not helpful. Please fix your app!!!!
