The cameras are fine. The app is annoying and worthless. Every time I use it, it asks for a password. I wrote the password down I know exactly what it is but the worthless app says my password is wrong. I changed the password, which is annoying enough by itself. Then I get wrong password again. Not to mention their passport requirement is ridiculous! 3 upper case 3 lower case and special characters. No one else does that.

Take a peek at your blind spot.| 3 out of 5 stars for ease of use, Average. Multiple menus means functions are scattered around, if you can find 'em. Yesterday, I couldn't find the menu item for deleting "clips" and "events," but today it was right there.| 2 out of 5 stars for ads shown inside app, because the first thing on the homepage is a nag to buy online storage for EZVIZ clips and events. More than one star, two because the ads are static -- not video, so only a little annoying.

This update has kicked me offline altogether. I had to reset password, reinstall software, and my wired cameras now are not recognized at all. All I did was turn the motion off like I do every day. Nothing but problems with the app since 2016. When these cameras stop, I'll shop for a different brand. These programmers just can't get it right. Update: I'll add a star. Customer service got me going with a new password. She could've been at least a little nicer.
