At first, this service wasn't too bad. However, I just spent 24 minutes trying to change a flight when it would have taken me 24 seconds to do it if I had booked directly with the airline. The AI customer service is terrible. Ended up having to call in. I'm so far not seeing a benefit to this service other than complicated trips can show up in one itinerary page. It gets especially complicated when it mixes travel options with other third party services, so you have to watch the fine print...

I think this application is wonderful has made a lot of my travel and my itinerary very easy. Everything from booking my travel and finding me the best possible deal available was been awesome. Its super easy to use I dont think it could be any better. Best customer service if you ever run into issues they are very interested in hearing your concerns and getting them resolved so you are happy with the outcome. would highly recommend using them for business and personal travel.

Worst mistake that my company made. The receipts still take between 1-5 days to show up. The travel features take away your ability to modify/cancel reservation directly with the air line or hotel. Also, the cost, on average, does not save you when you book through the Navan app. If the backend is as bad as the users end, it needs scrapped and rebuilt.
