When I first got the tickets more than a month before the game, they weren't in my wallet. I called & they fixed it. I forwarded some of my tickets. Some people struggled to get them & some disappeared completely. I called customer service well before the game and had to call at the game because the tickets still weren't there. I had to go down to the box office & show them the "solutions" weren't working. I kept getting error messages in the app. Finally, got some physical tickets in 5th inning

J-stuffly B-nice
WAAAAYY too much back and forth with account creation, email verification, log in, very by email, ad nauseam. I get that there needs to be security around purchases, tickets, data privacy, etc. but banks, credit cards, and hospitals do better with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Plus, for some unknown reasons, I also must have the MLB app (separate from this app) to see and use tickets. No thanks. For a few baseball games a season, maybe I should support college or highschool games...

not intuitive Update: An automated response was later sent to me because of my comment asking me to offer additional info. The link is not live. Additional Info: This app did not tell me that the email needed to be verified (often an email is sent asking the user to verify, that did not happen either). When I tried to access my purchase, it shows that I had bought something but could not access the ticket (while inside the Ballpark App) and instead to go to the Ballpark App.🤷♂️
