I love the food, but using the to get it is frustrating. the reward system looks great, but it doesn't work. I try to redeem anything and it says its not meant for the items I have in the bag. even though its exactly what it says its supposed to be. I tried using the $10 rears today, and it would just keep erroring out while trying to pay. I closed the app and went back in and the reward is gone. It wasn't even used! points are gone, rewards gone. It makes me not to want to ever go back.

Since this is a review of the app, not the food, I will say that this app is ultra annoying. STOP with the numerous steps for one to read the menu and prices. To figure out the menu, this app stinks, so I never use the app to order, bc its so time consuming with the unnecessary, soak your info steps. And devoper, I don't care if you're sorry that I feel this way... don't waste it on me when you can change things around.

I have tried several times to sign up, but the app AND the website both tell my my chosen password does not meet requirements and will not allow me to sign up NO MATTER WHAT I TRY TO USE. I have tried many different options and each of them absolutely fills the requirements listed, but the "Complete sign up" button never changes to something that can be pushed.
