Enphase Enlighten

Really enjoy this app there are a couple of minor issues though. The notifications don't work. If grid power is lost or other situations occur, the system should send emails or text, but this isn't working. Also, there's no notification when a system software update occurs, which kicks us off grid power. At times, it takes multiple attempts to connect. But I really recommend Enphase Solar and home backup, really good product!!!

The apps features are pretty good overall. If only the main one, seeing the current total solar production for the day, worked reliably. It often shows a significantly different number (e.g. 3kwh) when the graph shows it's obviously been more than that (e.g. 20kwh). There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for this bug, but it's existed on and off for over 3 years and many versions of the app. Also annoying is the no internet error I get each time I open the app for no reason.

I am not getting notifications when my breaker is tripped and causing the panels to stop generating. this has happened a few times and the only way I catch it is if I happen to pen the app when they send me a once monthly email. I have ALL notification setting on and NEVER recieve the alerts. its very frustrating to say the least. EDIT: Per the response, I have to check the app for any alerts? What is the point of having text and push notifications turned on if I DON'T GET THE NOTIFICATION?!
