First the good news, the camera works and gives an excellent picture and can be rotated remotely using your phone. The instructions were passable. Having a dual power source (battery to power up and solar work remotely) was a good design feature. Now the not so good, the app needs help because it is not user friendly. It takes a while to understand how to manipulate the various controls. An online manual would help because the enclosed leaflet only covers assembly.

Had them for 5 yrs. The image quality is great, color or B&W. The IR was so, so and unfortunately the cameras use a light a night that reflects off objects and can obscure. Missed many an image and event due to lag and reload. Battery life was excellent for doorbell camera. Battery life diminished greatly for all other devices after one year and they are NOT replaceable. Then hard wired a few of them, had 5 total. I have decided to go a different route since 3 need total replacement.

I love this camera! By far better than any other because it's crystal clear and I don't have to purchase a subscription just to see MY videos. Its solar as well! My only issue is not able to see how much of a charge is left at any given moment. The system takes a while to update and also takes a while to notice its not actually charging if I choose to charge it indoors when it's been cloudy for days. I can disconnect it and the system still says it's charging. I will purchase more of this type.
